What a lovely day yesterday with Nuffield Health Gym! We teamed up with Nuffield Health, Mapperley for a special Wellbeing Wednesday at Keith Hall Hair and Beauty Salon, Arnold. Together, we offered mini health checks for both our amazing KH team and the local community. Thank you to everyone who joined us, here’s to feeling good inside and out!
