Booking Policy
Please note that up to 50% of the cost of your service will be taken when booking your appointment. This is transferable if at least 48 hours notice is given to alter your appointment. For less than 48 hours notice, this amount will not be transferable or refundable.
personal items
Whilst we take the utmost care to protect your clothing and personal items we and our hairdressers at KH Arnold cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Please consider removing any jewellery, wearing high-necked tops and/or pale colours is not advised if having colour work. Bleaching services can occasionally cause damage to high-neck darker tops.
Skin tests
A skin must be done at least 48 hours prior to any colour service. Please make sure your skin test is up to date by booking a free consultation. Any colour appointment that cannot be carried out due to not having had a skin test will result in the loss of the deposit paid. Consultations can be booked online or by calling the salon on 0115 920 6902
