I have worked in the hair and beauty industry for over 17 years.

For the last 12 years, I have been here at front of house in KH Hair Arnold and it’s likely I will be one of the first people clients have first point of contact with – whether over the phone or on arrival in our salon.

It’s important to me that I welcome everyone in a professional warm and friendly manner with true sincerity so they feel reassured, safe and relaxed in the knowledge they are in the very best hands. This helps clients feel able to convey their needs and requirements fully and together we can ensure they have the very best possible experience throughout their journey here with us.
