What’s an MOT?
Think of it as a well-being check-in. A qualified Nuffield Health professional will give you a quick, personalised overview of your health—checking things like blood pressure, hydration, BMI and general wellness. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure session designed to help you feel good and gain helpful insights into your health.
