New Consultation Deposit Policy Introduced to Ensure Fair Bookings

To make the booking process smoother and fairer for all clients, we are introducing a new £20 Consultation Deposit Policy.

From now on, when booking a consultation, clients will be asked to pay a £20 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit helps us manage our diary effectively and ensures appointment slots are used fairly.

Here’s how the policy works:

• Booking: Consultations can be booked by phone or in person at the salon.

• Deposit: A £20 deposit is required to secure the appointment.

• Going Ahead: If you attend your consultation and choose to proceed with your appointment, the £20 will be deducted from your final bill.

• Choosing Not to Proceed: If you attend but decide not to go ahead, your £20 will be refunded in full.

• Missed Appointments: If you miss your consultation without giving notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
