Colour Services & Patch Testing

Creative colour & colour transformation services are offered by quotation following an initial consultation and there will be an extra charge applied when booking with our Master Colour Expert technician.

A simple skin / strand test is necessary 48 hours prior to any permanent colour or curl service to ensure product compatibility.

Please Note: In accordance with EU Regulations & Directives, together with product usage statements from Wella Professionals; KH Hair in Arnold reserves the right to refuse Colour Services to Minors ( Under 16 years old ) either with or without Parental Consent.

Appointments

We ask that you make every attempt to be punctual, as one late arrival can affect our whole day.

We strongly advise that you allow ample time for your appointment as colour work in particular can vary due to a number of factors. If you prefer, before you make an appointment, a free consultation is available, also ask at reception.

Whilst all our team take every precaution possible to protect your clothing and care for your jewellery we recommend the removal of articles that may be damaged. We do of course provide gowns for your convenience.

We would ask clients to kindly not smoke in our salon and that the use of mobile phones are limited in consideration to the staff working on your hair and of course other clients. All our team hope you enjoy your experience at our salon.
