This busy, friendly salon was originally opened in 1985 and underwent a major renovation in 2007.
The building was transformed by extending sideways and replacing the whole of the front with full height glass, representing an investment of over £500,000 and making KH Hair Arnold one of the best salons in the East Midlands.
To this day, Directors Dawn Bramhall and Liz O’Neil succeed in keeping the salon up to the very highest standards and professionalism.
Every single staff member undergoes regular training, both within the salon and around the country. It’s important to both directors that the salon keeps up to date with the latest trends on cutting, men’s cutting, colouring and styling, which the salon offers.
Equally important to Dawn and Liz is maintaining the salon’s outstanding reputation for customer care and standards, as demonstrated when KH Hair Arnold won the Customer Service Award for the last three consecutive years.
Amongst our highly skilled team we have three WELLA Master Colour Experts, Helen Louse and Laura. This allows the stylists to go into more depth with your colour consultation – from discussing how different colours frame your face, to assessing your skin tone and suggesting complimentary colours.
We offer a Nioxin specialist in the salon, the best person to analyse your hair and scalp, and recommend the best products to use and how to use them and our therapists are trained at the Dermal Institute to work with Dermalogica products.
Our relaxing Beauty area is beautifully fitted out, featuring mood lighting in every room and an en suite shower for clients use. Our therapist strives to provide a professional yet friendly and relaxed atmosphere whilst maintaining the highest standard of treatments. Our therapists are highly qualified and trained at the Dermal Institute.
The entire team at KH Hair Arnold look forward to welcoming you in the salon soon.
